Lot 21 on Great Keppel Island

Tower Holdings is proposing to build a golf course and hundreds of villas on Lot 21 at Great Keppel Island.  Lot 21 is land owned by the people of Queensland and is currently leased to Tower Holdings for recreational purposes.  The lease expires in March 2010 and Tower Holdings wants to convert the lease to allow development.

I support Lot 21 on Great Keppel Island being retained by the people of Queensland as a conservation area and call on the Queensland Government to reject the development application by Tower Holdings.
