Profiling of Online Visitors and Feedback

This survey takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

If you are under the age of 18 or considered to be a minor in your country, please obtain the permission of your legal guardian(s)/legal tutor vefore filling the questionnaire.

This 3-page survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. No technology nor responses will be used to identify the person surveyed. Please do not provide answers in the free text boxes that could be used to identify you.

If for whatever reason you feel unconfortable with some of the questions, you do not have to answer them. We would appreciate if you answer the rest of the questions, but you may also choose not to complete the questionnaire at any time (by not clicking on the [finish Survey] button at the end of Page 3 and closing the tab or the Internet browser you are using), in which case no responses will be recorded.

Results of the survey will only be analysed, used and published in a statistical manner, and no individual set of answers will be analysed, used or published as a single entity.

The statistical compilation of this survey will be compared with results from similar surveys that took place in the physical/real sites of the National Museum of Ireland (NMI).

This comparison will be analysed by Marketing and ICT staff in NMI to better understand the online visitors and how they compare with physical/real site visitors. It will also be used by one of the NMI staff for a research dissertation for a Master Degree with Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and in accordance with the ethical standards of this third level institution/university/college.
