- Delivery policy
kwiksurveys.com provides digital services thus any purchases are delivered electronically. If you choose buy an upgrade then your account will be up upgraded within 30 minutes of payment when paying online.
You can view progress of any account upgrades by logging into your account and selecting the 'View Details' button.
- Refund / Cancellation policy
Support subscriptions may be cancelled at any time since there is no minimum contract period. To cancel an active subscription either login to your PayPal account and select cancel recurring payments or contact customer support via phone or email.
Pro-Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds on plans. If you anticipate needing the plan for a short amount of time, purchase a monthly plan and cancel the auto-renewal when you no longer need it.
If your subscription has automatically renewed and you did not want it to, please contact customer support within 24 hours for a full months refund and cancellation of your subscription.
If you cancel an active subscription you will retain access to all of the data in your account and your data collection will continue uninterrupted.
